February’s Standout Student Chefs

Student Chefs in the Foods 1 Class at Quaker Valley High School were presented with the challenge of stretching their knowledge and their palate in order to impress.

The goal: create a pasta dish that builds on the classic techniques and sauces learned in class. The result: a menu full of dishes that enhanced learning and offered dynamic flavor profiles.

The following students are Standouts – the dishes they created were complex, delicious and technically correct.
